Our single clear intention was to create a real home for men.
Origin
The idea and the vision for the Men's Academy was a prayer that appeared during a vision quest. Alex, Miguel and Pedro were already co-creating events together. So one day the natural decision was made to create an organisation, built as a triad, walking as facilitators, business partners and brothers side by side on equal footing, rooted in integrity, presence, and authenticity.
We are building community across Europe and beyond. Portugal is the hearth. The house is already opening in other lands, and it will not stop at the edge of this continent. Our vision is not to grow through a franchise model, but to serve as catalysts, empowering grounded and capable men in their own countries to carry this work forward and support their brothers in their own lands.

What we are
Intensives rooted in Portugal, already opening in other lands. Circles online and in rooms. Foundational training for the weeks between. Facilitator training for the man ready to hold this for others, without becoming a guru. The hearth is here. The house is wider than one country, and it will not stop at the edge of Europe.
