A small group of men, online or in a room, speaking in the first person. Nobody fixes the man across from him. Advice is cheap. Witness is the medicine.

Two live rooms, Lisbon-time evening, camera on. English on the second Wednesday of each month. German on the first Wednesday. First person. Confidentiality. You do not need the vocabulary of the work, you need a willingness to tell the truth and stay after you have told it.
In the room
An in-person circle in West Algarve, Portugal, on the third Wednesday of each month. Offline rooms elsewhere exist where the triad and trained men can hold them honestly. We are not a franchise. If you are looking for a room in your city, ask. If you are meant to hold one, the facilitator path exists.
