Facilitator Training
Most training teaches methods. This training builds the man who can hold them.
The invitation
Become the man who can hold the space he once needed.
You have done the personal work. You have sat in circles, walked through intensives, and tasted what real brotherhood and presence feel like. Now something deeper is calling: the capacity to hold space for other men, not as a technique, but as an embodied way of being.
No performance
Real presence. The body as the container.
No gurus
Horizontal leadership. Service over ego.
Long arc
Eighteen months. Four intensives. The work between.
This is for you if
- You have completed at least one Intensive and one Foundational Training.
- You feel the call to hold space for other men with depth.
- You are willing to be shaped by the process, not just collect methods.
- You value integrity and presence over status.
- You want to build real circles and containers.
- You can commit to 18 months and all four intensives.
This is not for you if
- You want a quick certificate or another modality badge.
- You are unwilling to keep doing personal work.
- You seek a guru–student or hierarchical dynamic.
- You prioritise rapid business scaling over capacity.
- You cannot commit to the intensives and the call rhythm.
