A live online container for the man who wants structure after an intensive, or a first honest room if the land is not yet calling.
The practice
Peak experiences fade. Practice does not.
If you only come once a year and disappear, you will get a peak and then the old life. Foundational Training is the weekly hearth: live sessions, embodiment, first-person speech, and brothers who remember your name on a Tuesday.
Nine weeks. Held online, in English, on a Lisbon-time evening rhythm. You do not need to have sat an intensive first, though many men arrive from the land wanting the work to continue. There is no certificate to display. There is a nervous system that learns a new fact: I can be seen and the room does not leave.
Next cohort dates are given on the call. Investment is €900.
The arc
Nine rooms, one house.
Week 01
Arrive
Agreements, the body as the room, first-person speech. You learn how this house is kept.
Week 02
The mask
Competence as costume. Where isolation was a strategy. What it costs to keep performing.
Week 03
The body
Sensation before story. Breath, freeze, fight. You cannot think your way out of the jaw.
Week 04
Lineage
What you inherited. What you will not pass on. Honour and release in the same week.
Week 05
Relation
Partners, children, brothers. The work is who you are after the call ends.
Week 06
Shadow
The parts you exiled to stay loved. They will not be improved. They will be met.
Week 07
Desire & direction
Want without apology. A life that is chosen rather than survived.
Week 08
The hearth
How a circle is held. How you stay when it would be easier to disappear.
Week 09
Integration
The last week is not a graduation speech. It is a plan for ordinary Tuesdays.
Prefer the land first? The November Intensive is the fire. Circles are the monthly door if nine weeks is too much architecture for now.
