Back to the Roots
Zurück zu den Wurzeln
Held by Alex Wirthl.
Brother,
In September 2024 we sat in circle together in Germany.
You know what happens there when men tell the truth. No guru, no performance, without leaving the room.
Three years later this work returns to Germany. Not to the same place. To the same root.
Roots. What carries us without our choosing. What was passed in the family. What holds us. And what binds us.
This weekend we go back: into the body, into origin, into what was there before us.
Three days in the Bergisches Land. A house named after the wells that watered a whole valley. Forest. Silence. Circle.
Back to the roots does not mean back into the past. It means taking, with awareness, what carries us. And not passing on what is not ours.
If this is you
Six places men get stuck.
You do not need the perfect name for it. If one of these is true, the intensive is the first step. Not the whole life. The door.
- 01
You say you are fine. The people closest to you feel the distance.
- 02
What you cannot name comes out as anger, shutdown, drink, or more work.
- 03
The same fight. The same silence. A pattern you swore you would not repeat.
- 04
You are carrying what your father could not put down, and you do not want to hand it on.
- 05
Life looks solid from the outside. Inside, you are tired of doing it alone.
- 06
You feel alone in the world. People are around. Nobody is with you.
The first step is to sit with other men. Book the call for this intensive.
