From Participant to Facilitator: Who This Path Is For

There is a moment, after enough circles, when a man feels two things at once: gratitude for being held, and a pull to become the kind of man who can hold.

That pull is not automatically a calling. Sometimes it is ego looking for a new costume. Sometimes it is the nervous system trying to stay safe by taking the facilitator's chair. Discernment is the first skill.

Who we will not train

We will not train a man who wants followers. We will not train a man who has not done his own work and wants a certificate to skip it. We will not train a man who treats other men's pain as raw material for his identity.

Service over ego is a core value. If that line annoys you, this path will be a poor use of your years.

Who this path is for

The man who has sat in the fire as a participant and knows the difference between a peak and a practice. The man who can be corrected by brothers. The man who wants craft, trauma-informed, somatic, ritual, circle leadership, without abandoning humility.

Our Facilitator Training is built as a long arc, not a weekend badge. The first movement is an 18-month certification pilot: intensives plus the work between them, beginning from a November gathering. A later, selective advanced track deepens the somatic and trauma-informed craft.

This is how a home reproduces itself without becoming a franchise. Local men, real rooms, the same values: integrity, presence, authenticity, truth before comfort, responsibility.

How to approach it

Do not apply because you want a career rebrand. Apply because the men in your city have nowhere to go and you are willing to become trustworthy enough to open a door.

Start, if you have not already, as a participant. Sit in a circle. Come to an intensive. Let us see you when you are not performing competence. Foundational Training holds the weeks between. Men's circles meet every month. The Call of the Ancestors is the next fire. Book a call. The training is selective because the men who will sit in front of a graduate deserve that.
