Men's coaching: what it is, and what we do instead
Men's coaching is what most men type when they are tired of doing it alone. They want one clear person, a plan, and someone who will not let them drift. That search is honest. The word is doing too much work.
What men's coaching usually means
A men's coach sits with one man. Goals, habits, accountability, sometimes the story of the father. Done well, it is a clean mirror. Done badly, it is a guru with a calendar link. You leave with language and no brothers who know your name on an ordinary Tuesday.
What men's work asks instead
Men's work, as this house practises it, is not a private performance of insight. A men's circle puts you in front of men who are not paid to agree with you. A men's retreat takes the phone away for days, so the pattern cannot hide in your competence. Foundational Training holds the weeks between, so the peak does not become the only thing you remember.
A coach can hand you a plan. A circle shows you the man who will not follow it.

Start with the shorter door if you are not ready to travel. The online men's circle meets every month. - What is men's coaching?
- Men's coaching is usually one man paying another man for guidance, goals, and accountability. It can be useful. It is not the same as a men's circle, where no one is hired to fix you.
- Is Men's Academy men's coaching?
- No. We do not sell a personal brand of advice. Three brothers hold the house: Alex Wirthl, Miguel Sevilhano, and Pedro Collares. The doors are a men's circle, Foundational Training, and a men's intensive on the land.
- What should I choose, coaching or a men's retreat?
- If you want a plan for your calendar, a coach may be enough. If the same pattern is living in your body and your relationships, a room of men will show you what a private call can hide. Book a call and we will tell you which door is honest.
