What is online men's work?
Online men's work is a live room: a small group of men, camera on, speaking in the first person. It is not a course, not a comment thread, and not men's coaching with a login. Witness still works through a screen. The Atlantic does not.
What can be honest from home
- A men's circle every month. German on the first Wednesday, English on the second, Lisbon time.
- Foundational Training: nine to twelve weeks online, between intensives or as a first door.
- Die Wurzeln: nine Mondays online, in German, somatic work held by Alex Wirthl, after the Germany intensive.
Confidentiality still applies. Advice is still cheap. You do not need the vocabulary. You need a truer sentence than fine, and the willingness to stay after you say it. How to find a men's group starts with those agreements, not with a poster.
What the laptop will not do
It will not give you four days off the performance. It will not put your body in cold water beside men who heard the thing you have not said at home. Breathwork for men, in the way this house means it, belongs on the land. The Call of the Ancestors is 25–29 November 2026 at Monte Velho. The men's retreat in Germany is 3–5 September 2027. Book a call. If you cannot come yet, come to the circle. The chair is real either way.
Questions men actually ask
- What is online men's work?
- Men meeting live, camera on, speaking in the first person. At Men's Academy that is a monthly circle, Foundational Training for nine to twelve weeks, and, in German, Die Wurzeln. Not a video you watch alone.
- Is an online men's circle enough?
- It is a real door if you cannot travel. It is not the land. Ice, days away from the inbox, and a kitchen that feeds you are not on a laptop. Many men start online and come to an intensive when the body is ready.
- When are the online circles?
- Lisbon time, camera on. German on the first Wednesday of the month. English on the second Wednesday. In person, western Algarve on the third Wednesday. Book a call. You sign up for the next three months after that.
